Your Xooma Back Office is the Heart and Soul of your Business
Your Xooma back office contains everything you need to run your business. You MUST be familiar with at least the basics of your back office in order to be successful. There is no need to know about every last thing that you can do with the back office. This page covers the essentials.
Getting to your back office

Go to xoomaworldwide.com On the bottom of the page is a space for login and password. Use your pin# for the login. This number can be found on every reciept the company gives you when you recieve product. If you can't find it there call Customer Service at 888-865-6687. If you can't remember your password there is a "forgot" link to help you retrieve it. If all else fails call Customer Service.

Name Your Website

This is the first link on the page. This is the name of your personal Xooma Worldwide website. This is the name you selected when you signed up in Xooma. Your website is xoomaworldwide.com/whatever-name-you-picked.

If you want to sign someone up in Xooma simply go to the website or have the person go to the website and click "Join Xooma Now"

Important note: If you have been to someone elses Xooma website on a particular computer you will need to use the "clear cookies" option at the bottom of the page in the back office.

You cannot sign someone up if you are logged in. You must log out of your back office.
Quick Reports

Click on the link about halfway down the page called "Quick Reports". Then click the "Show Everything" link on the right. This will show you all the information about everyone in your downline. You will see phone numbers, e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, how much product has been ordered and when, along with other useful information.

One of the best things you can do is contact the people in your downline. Encourage, motivate and share information. Perhaps you could find someone to team up with. Working together makes the business easier and more fun.

Calls and Audio Training

This link about 3/4 of the way down the page in your back office provides a wealth of information. There are several training calls and audio programs that have been recorded. Click on any link to listen right on your computer. You can also download the files by right clicking the link and select "save target as". You can then burn the audios to CD or mp3 player and listen in your car or anywhere.

Also included under this link is the times and phone numbers for the Xooma Conference call schedule.
